Question: What is "Deliver to Student"?

Answer: "Deliver to Student" means the goods will be delivered to the school by Lion's Den volunteers for pick-up by the student.

Middle School or High School students will be notified when their order is ready to be collected at their respective offices.

ELV, Elementary school, and PCS orders will be delivered to the respective classrooms.

You must provide the child's division, grade, class or advisory code, and student name during the order completion process.

Delivery usually takes 5-7 school days.

 

QuestionWhat is "Pick up at Lion's Den"?

AnswerOrders may be picked up in person at the Lion's Den (school store) on the B1 level of Adams Building, across from the Reagan Theatre, during store hours.

Current Lion's Den store hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, when school is in session, from 3pm to 4:30pm.  (Not open, for instance, on school holidays, or professional development days). 

The person picking up the order MUST have the order number which will be on the order confirmation email.

 

Question: May I exchange an item after purchase and receipt?

Answer: Exchanges are possible within 15 days of receipt if the item is unused, unwashed, and presented with the original packaging. In order to initiate an exchange please contact us and fill-in the request. We will try to resolve the issue. 

Exchanges and refunds will not be done on any of the items we no longer sell.

 

Question: Can I work at the Lion's Den?

Answer: Yes! Stamford's Lion's Den is run by PTA and parent volunteers.  We welcome parents, grandparents, guardians, and members of the Stamford community interested in helping.  To volunteer, please fill out the CONTACT FORM.
